Multiplication

I wanted to share a resource for you and your kiddo to practice math facts. We played a little bit in class today but there are many different games that help with fluency at: www.multiplication.com

What I like about this site is that most games let you choose a range of "just right" numbers that way you can practice a specific set of numbers until you're ready for mixed facts 1-12.

MobyMax

Today we explored a new on line assessment and continued education opportunity with a website called MobyMax! The kiddos enjoyed earning game minutes by completing lessons. The best part about this site? Kids can continue their learning at home and earn badges - I can help them set goals and they can work independently to reach them! We will be using this resource a lot - more information to come soon!

Today was such a wonderful day! We had MUSIC for the first time and the kids were great - they even earned TWO POINTS! We also spent some time today getting to know one another by completing a get to know you BINGO and writing about 50 THINGS WE LOVE! I'm thoroughly enjoying this class! Can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings!

Welcome to the 2015-2016 School Year! I am so excited to get to know you and your student this year. We had a WONDERFUL first day - the kiddos were ROCKSTARS! I can't wait to see what the next week brings.
